My Most Used Recipe: Self- Rising Flour

Flour and butter

I used to get so annoyed — “self-rising flour”, WHO KEEPS THAT ON HAND?! I used to strictly substitute for all-purpose flour and it never turned out how I expected. I was annoyed and left running out to the store riiiiiiight before they closed.

No ma’am, never again. This is the easiest combination and I always have these 3 simple ingredients on hand. I use the self-rising flour for pizza, bagels, and so much more. This should take you all of 5 minutes to get the ingredients, measure, and combine.

RECIPE

Ingredients

1 cup of all-purpose flour

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

Directions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients
