Easy Peasy Pickled Onions

This recipe is one that I make regularly because it’s so easy, cost efficient, and adds great flavor to your dishes. Honestly, what more could you ask for? There are a handful of ways of pickling, so more time and technically advanced than others. But we don’t need that today to achieve an amazing (and easy) result. You likely have most, if not all of these items in your house, so this recipe shouldn’t require a special trip to the grocery store.

This recipe takes about 5 minutes to assemble from start to finish, which means you have plenty of time in your day to tackle your other to-do list tasks. I know you’re busy babe, so let’s knock this recipe out and get you back to your regularly scheduled day!

INGREDIENTS

* If you don’t have ACV in your home, add 1/2 cup of distilled white vinegar instead of the 1/4 cup listed above.

As you continue to make this recipe, feel confident to add in your own desire mix ins (ex: 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, garlic cloves, dill, etc.). This is great the way it is, but allows you to add and individual flare to it!
